Mix four tablespoons of Cafiza® Espresso Machine Cleaner to 1 quart (1 liter) of hot water in a spray bottle. Always follow manufacturer’s cleaning and disassembly instructions. All mix ratios may be modified if a stronger solution is desired. For comfort and safety use rubber gloves and eye protection. Let roaster parts soak for several minutes.
