I naturally have light to medium brown colored hair to about 10 cm past my shoulders, with a golden sort of shine. However, I didn't want to bring out this gold more, as I have a "cool undertone"; I'm very pale, with pinkish skin and blue eyes. So I settled on color 500 (light brown). Sadly not all my white hairs were covered, but this might be because they're white, not grey and may be more difficult to cover up. One side looks more covered than the other; might be because I didn't apply it evenly to both sides? And because I only left it in for 10 min. the coverage may not have been optimal. The rinsing was also quite fast, the water ran clear soon. The conditioner smelled really nice, though a little bit chemical. As I didn't have any experience with hair dyes.
