About this deal

I received an advance reader copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review as part of the book tour hosted by Literally PR.

Sally’s social circle of friends was changing now, with obviously dating a man who was a record producer, then The Sweets lead singer. Overall this was a pretty good read, one that I want on my shelf so I can read it again (and continue crying).Soon, however, the spontaneous jet-set lifestyle morphed into an unpredictable, chaotic lifestyle. Meanwhile, five-month-old Jade became more attached to Sally. And she loved her: “ I was with her 24 hours a day, feeding her, bathing her, holding her in my arms, it’s natural». The song 'Fat Bottomed Girls' has a lovely four part harmony, doesn't it? I don't think there's any deep meaning in it, unless you want to say it means beauty is only skin deep or whatever. Sue from Salem, NjIf anybody lives in the Philadelphia area, and listens to Magic 102.9 you will hear this song played alot...It's a great song...great lyrics and music...

Chris from Port Hawkesbury, CanadaFreddie wrote Bicycle Race, from his point of view it would have been about GUYS on bikes, but the poster in the album was obviously going to be WOMEN on bikes. They knew that would cause enough controversy as it was, and controversy was what they were trying to 'manage', what with starting to be past their prime and all. It worked! A rather dull album that everyone bought just to get the poster. Bryan May wrote the more lyrically controversial 'Fat Bottomed Girls', I always thought it was kind of comical, and not to be taken seriously. On musical terms, both songs are acceptable, I guess, but the rest of the album is much below what Queen were capable of.

She had spent her childhood out of the limelight on a farm in Wiltshire: “ I was always a tomboy and I guess bossy as the eldestshe says to the Telegraph, also revealing that it was very difficult for her to resist the lure of the big city. At 16, before Norland, she had gone to London to work in the dressing room of the legendary Marquee Club in Soho, where she saw the best bands live: “ Jimi Hendrix of Pink Floyd and Eric Clapton“, says. Tanya from Dayton, OhIt's a shame how Freddie's sexuallity keeps on getting dragged into this. Brian May wrote the song. And I don't believe there's anything sexist about it. After moving on from nannying five-month-old Jade and returning from travelling around Asia, Jagger’s driver called Arnold to inform her of a job going as The Rolling Stones's tour manager. Bel Air mansions, luxury hotels, private jets, extravagant presents and famous introductions all came with the role, but as Arnold puts it, so did instability. ‘As soon as one fire was put out, another arose’, she recalls. The group raised a few eye-brows when while performing "Fat-Bottomed Girls", a row of semi-nude, over-weight women on bicycles appeared on stage.
