Cross Selectip gel rollerball refills use Cross Selectip technology which is just a fancy way of saying that the refill can be swapped out for a different type of Selectip refill. Hold the upper part of the barrel in one hand and the lower part with the other, then twist the barrel to unscrew it from the lower front section.
