I avoided reading this book for a long time because it is a high-school bully romance and I'm a grown woman. As a matter of fact I would say that he only like the reflection of himself in her tear filled eyes. Aveena Harper has lived in her younger sister’s shadow most of her life and feels completely ignored by her mother.

This was very disappointing, especially since Love and Zac (aka Vee and Xavier) had such a great dynamic. This is a well-written book and the writing style was simplistic in the sense that it was easy to follow. They connected on a much deeper level by sharing their innermost thoughts and deepest confessions, a level that they likely wouldn’t have reached they just started talking at a high school kegger. Finn portrays himself as this rich guy who has it all, when underneath he is struggling from the trauma of his childhood. When she’s not writing and screaming at her computer screen, you can find her binge watching her favourite TV shows on repeat or reading in a warm blanket.Vee admits it and confronts him about sleeping with Brie and his explanation sucked ass, he slept with her weeks ago, which is still during the time period he was developing feelings for Vee/L.

The second Ash left the room, he asked Vee to have a threesome with Ash, he’s so fucking disgusting I was glad Vee slapped him.Eliah weaves all her novels with realism; characters that you can believe in where nothing is ever rushed or missed.

There was just so much shit going on with everyone and I was so funny because it was just absolutely ridiculous in every sense. On the other hand, she's ready to do anything for those she loves including losing her dreams just to protect them. They may not hate each other through the entire book but they don’t even really KNOW who each other is because they have been communicating through notes without knowing WHO the person on the other end is!I mean sure you can have a bad side and geeky side, but please don’t make comments like ‘… would he ever fall in love with the nerd?
