Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon is handcrafted in small batches of around eight to twelve barrels at a time. I've kept the bottle as it looks great too, I fill it with other bourbons, to try trick myself into thinking cheaper bourbon tastes better, but no. I make no apology for being an absolute fanboy for this whiskey and although it's taken a while to source it (it was only officially available to the UK in early 2020) I'm thrilled to finally have some on the shelf.
